The incident occurred about 1:30 p.m. on State Highway 51, about 3 miles west of Stilwell, the OHP reported. A Chevrolet Silverado driven by Charles Vanhorne, 34, of Stilwell, was traveling westbound on the highway when Vanhorne lost control of the vehicle and exited the roadway to the right, the OHP said.
